White-glove DHL Vault courier to ninety-three jurisdictions. Lloyd's of London transit insurance up to USD 1 million per parcel. Thirty-day same-asset refund — we absorb the volatility on returns.
Counted from two on-chain confirmations (crypto) or full card capture. All shipments are insured and require signature on receipt.
Sound money should not come with fine print. Here is exactly how returns work — in three steps, with one exception.
You have thirty days from the moment your piece is signed for at delivery. Open the box, attach the lanyard, photograph it, take it on a walk — none of that affects your right to return.
The piece must be returned with the original box, papers, atelier certificate still in your wallet, and no signs of wear beyond fingerprints. Sizing fits and inspections do not count as wear.
If you paid in 0.0064 BTC, you receive 0.0064 BTC back. If BTC doubled between purchase and return, we absorb the difference — that is the boutique's exposure, not yours. Refunds clear within one business day of receipt at the atelier in Le Brassus.
Pieces engraved at your request (case-back personalisation) are final sale. We will tell you so explicitly at checkout if you order an engraving — there is no surprise on this.
Every parcel is covered. Every charge is disclosed before you pay. No customs surprises.
Each parcel is covered up to USD 1,000,000 from the moment it leaves the boutique until the moment you sign for it. Replacement, not depreciation — if the courier loses it, we ship the same colour from reserve stock at no charge.
For deliveries within the EU, UK, USA, UAE, Singapore and Hong Kong, all import duties and customs fees are settled by the boutique before dispatch. You sign for the parcel — nothing more. For other jurisdictions, expect local duty per your country's rates.
Card and bank-transfer settlements include VAT at the standard rate of 20%, applied on top of the net catalogue price. Crypto settlements are processed as digital-asset exchanges under our boutique policy and are not VAT-rated — see the legal note below.
